Wheaton High School hosts its home meets on the grounds of Loiderman Middle School. The mostly grass course starts and finishes in the soccer field adjacent to the school and directs runners around the perimeter of the property three times. The course features two large hills a quarter mile in length, with each hill repeated twice.

Prior to 2014, Wheaton High School utilized its own campus grounds for two years before the school underwent construction. Prior to that, the Knights utilized Wheaton Regional Park for a number of years.
